PT Deli Food was established in 2007 and based in Medan, Northern Sumatera of Indonesia. Our Mission is to utilize the best resources available and develop them into range of innovative products to cater the needs of food & beverage industry. Most of our produces are sourced from highland of Brastagi, which measures from 1000 to 1200 meters above sea level. The surrounding fertile volcanic soil and suitable temperate climate provides the best condition for fruits and vegetables to grow thus yield in better quality of flavor and aroma. Therefore, we decided to use 'Braspro' as our brand name which derived from the word Brastagi's Produce as an appreciation of the quality produced there.

Throughout these years, we work closely with our distributors from neighboring cities of Indonesia to build up and introduce our local brand across the country. Our approach to innovate new products goes beyond the traditional aspect of opportunity, and also to consider social welfare of local farmers as part of our business’ prospect. We also strongly believe in eating and living a healthy lifestyle. Our direction towards natural and healthy traditional Indonesian food offer the community another healthier option in their menu, indirectly educate people to make healthier food choices.

PT Deli Food had incorporated Quick Freeze technology into the process of manufacturing to ensure all natural qualities (flavor, aroma, texture and appearance) of its products are preserved at optimum level. Our standard operating procedures and food handling practices are strictly monitored throughout the process of manufacturing to ensure product consistency. We are also capable in providing our customers with OEM service to develop and strengthen their brand in their respective industries. In order to expand our business constantly, we are always looking for new business partners, wholesalers, and processing industry firms locally and internationally.
