Prent Corporation was founded in 1967 by Jack and Carol Pregont of Janesville, WI. With little capital but a big dream and a commitment to excellence, the Pregonts built their company into one of the most respected custom thermoforming businesses in the U.S.A.

In 1985, the couple’s son, Joseph Pregont, assumed leadership of the company and greatly expanded its capabilities and locations. Today, Prent is the global leader in custom thermoforming and counts as its customers many of the world’s largest medical, electronics and consumer companies.

For nearly 50 years Prent has pioneered thermoforming processes and developed numerous innovations that have helped advance today’s industry standards.
