Ingredients

• Maltodextrin, wheat flour, modified corn starch, salt, sugar, yeast extract, black pepper powder, guar gum, soy sauce powder, dehydrated garlic powder, dehydrated onion powder, colour, palm oil, flavour, citric acid, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate.

Yield & Preparations

• yield: 9.6 liters

• 125 g of powder to 1000ml of water.

• Blend required amount of sauce powder into cold or lukewarm water while stirring well with a whisk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 4 - 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
