We from D’Jia cafe started to make dumplings for sell. Homemade traditional Meat Rice Dumpling #bachang ingredientsTraditional salted mince.
Flavor: Bak Chang with Egg Yolk
Used stir fried glutinous rice, stuffed with premium ingredients: pork belly meat, mushroom, and Salted Egg Yolk, wrapped and tighly firmly and boiled.
Taste: Egg yolk fresh meat
Using fried rice, add superior fillings such as: five-flower meat, mushrooms and salted egg yolks, wrapped and cooked in hot water.
