Curry Laksa is a popular Malaysian coconut based curried noodle soup accompanied by shredded chicken, shrimps, fried tofu, and a handful of bean sprouts. Literally a must-try! Preparing it however, can be a journey full of trial and error. To achieve the taste of the soup just like how it is prepared by the mak cik next door, it requires an accurate ratio of ingredients; not more or less, it has to be about right. Kindly follow the instructions below to maximise the use of this curry laksa paste :
1. Pour boiling water into a pot. Boil some noodles, bean sprout, prawn, fish ball etc. in the hot water separately. Drain the water and set them aside.
2. Add in Masfood Curry Laksa Paste to a cooking pot and pour in 800ml (4 cups) of water. Cook until boilling and add in 1 bowl (200ml) of coconut milk, reboil again.
3. Prepare a bowl and put in the aforementioned ingredients, then proceed to pouring in your Curry Laksa soup. Serve while it's hot.
