Rose Brand Rice Flour is a fine, white blended rice flour produced through wet-milling process. It is made from selected quality rice grains. It is blended with corn flour to ensure a unique viscosity characteristics upon cooking. Our formulation assures good, tasty and consistent textured rice cakes and rice noodles. This product is excellent for making all types of traditional Malaysian kuih e.g. kuih apom, kuih talam, kuih lapis as well as rice noodles e.g. laksa, rice vermicelli.
This product undergoes stringent in-house quality control process and it conforms to the Malaysia Food Regulations 1985.
Our team of trained Research and Development personnels can assist customers in product improvement, adhering to any special manufacturing requirements / specifications or conducting any follow-up research work required by industrial customers to incorporate our rice flour as an ingredient in their product.
